Wow everyone with this recipe at your Thanksgiving Dinner!

  1. Whisk 5 tablespoons of flour and a 1/2-cup of water {per tablespoon} of flour in a medium-mixing bowl.
  1.  In a small bowl mix add
  • {2} Tablespoons of sea salt
  • {1} Teaspoon of black pepper
  • {1/2} Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • {2} Tablespoons of FRESH Thyme
  • {1/2} Teaspoon of Paprika
  • {3} Tablespoons of FRESH minced garlic
  1. Wisk until incorporated or you can use your hand/fingers to mix the rub.  When complete you’ll use this rub in the cavity of your bird and ALL OVER.
  1. Get yourself a {LARGE} Reynolds Oven Bag, pour the flour & water inside first, now place your bird inside, then pour your rub into the bag and use your hands to rub ALL over the bird.
  1. Tie the bag up and place it in the oven for 4 – 41/2 hours.
  1. You’ll know your bird is ready when it reaches an internal temperature of 175 degrees.

*Tip: Be sure to buy yourself a reliable thermometer before you start cooking.
